VEEDERSBURG —Mrs. Nancy E. Wilkinson, 94, died at 10 p.m. Thursday in St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville, Ill. Mrs. Wilkinson, a lifelong resident of Fountain County, had been in failing health for a lengthy period and was hospitalized 10 days ago. She resided at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Grace VanDevanter, on State Street. Born on Aug. 24, 1874, she was the daughter of James and Mary Caldwell Glascock. She was married in 1893 to Benton Wilkinson who preceded her in death. The deceased and her husband operated a farm near Wallace for several years. Mrs. Wilkinson was a member of the Scotts Prairie Christian Church. Surviving besides the daughter are four granddaughters, five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Parham Funeral Home at Veedersburg. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery and friends may call after 4 p.m. Saturday.   --typed by Walt W

Vandeventer, died at 10 p.m. yesterday (Aug. 29, 1968) at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Danville. Born Aug. 28, 1874, in Fountain County, she was the daughter of James and Mary Caldwell Glascock. She was married in 1893 to Benton Wilkinson, who died. She was a member of the Scotts Prairie Christian Church. Survivors include her daughter; four granddaughters, five great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Parham Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery. The body is at the funeral home. Friends will be received after 4 p.m. Saturday.  – jlr
