Mrs. Estella Wilkinson, 92-year-old Crawfordsville resident, died at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday at the Brooks Home after an illness of several months. A native of Newman, Ill., she was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David O. Chapin and was born June 29, 1872. She married George B. Wilkinson Nov. 2, 1890. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Wilkinson was a member of the First Christian Church. She moved to Indiana in 1900 and lived on a farm west of Yountsville until 1919, when she moved to Crawfordsville. Survivors include two sons, Dorris Wilkinson of near Waynetown and Dr. Arthur P. Wilkinson of Birmingham, Mich.; a daughter, Mrs. Steve Perry of Crawfordsville, and six grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. A grandson, Richard Wilkinson, was killed in World War II. Funeral services are announced for 2 p.m. Sunday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home with Rev. John Servies officiating and burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m.
