The will of Mrs. Julia Welch has also been admitted to probate. Mrs. Welch directs that all her property is to be rented and the proceeds applied to paying off a mortgage of $400 held against thirty acres of land. To her son, Edward Welch, she leaves the home place of 11 59-100 acres, and the balance of her real estate, 30 18-100 acres is to be divided equally between her other children, Frances Welch, Walter Welch and Florence West, it being stated that another daughter, Martha E. Sidener, had already drawn $400, which was considered her part of the estate. The household goods are willed to the children to be divided as they think best. - kz
