Mrs. Martha Weaver, age 77, of Indianapolis, mother of Rose Tomlinson, of Franklin, died about 4 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the home of her son, Sanford Weaver in Lafayette. Mrs. Weaver had been visiting her son and family for the past ten days. She had been in failing health for a number of months and was taken seriously ill Sunday. Mrs. Tomlinson was called to her mother's bedside Monday afternoon.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ira McIntire, at Crawfordsville. Burial will be made in Crawfordsville.
Mrs. Weaver, who was the wife of the late Cyrus Weaver, was a former resident of Crawfordsville. Mr. Weaver died several years ago. For the past two years Mrs. Weaver had made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Ethel Gray of Indianapolis. Mrs. McIntire, of Crawfordsville, and Mrs. Blanche Michael, of Waco Texas. A son, Harry Weaver, died during the World war. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren and a brother, Harry Weaver, of Indianapolis, also survive. kh
