Weaver - Harriet Custard - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Harriet Custard was born in Kentucky April 3, 1816, and died June 23, 1899, aged 83 years, 2 months and 21 days. In 1832 she was married to John Hypes and to them was born three children, of whom only one survives. She was married to Mahlon Weaver in 1851 and to them was born six children, of whom four survive. She joined the M. E. Church in her early life and has always been active in her Christian life. Her funeral was conducted at the M. E. church at Mace by her pastor, Rev. H. C. Riley, Saturday afternoon at 2 o’clock. She was buried in the Smartsburg Cemetery.
