Sarah E., wife of Milton B. Waugh of Sugar Creek Township, died at 9 o’clock Monday evening, August 29, after an illness of three weeks. The funeral will occur tomorrow at 2 p.m. from the family residence, interment at the Plainview Cemetery near Colfax. Mrs. Waugh was 55 years of age and was a most estimable Christian lady, having been a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church since childhood.She was 55 years of age and had passed most of her useful life in this county where she has hosts of friends who mourn her loss. She was the mother of James M. Waugh and Mrs. W. M. Reeves of this city. The bereaved family has the sympathy of all in its sad loss.

The funeral of Mrs. M. B. Waugh was very largely attended yesterday and over 175 buggies were in the procession to the cemetery. The services were conducted by Rev. Coombs, of Thorntown, and Rev. Bloomfield, of Colfax.
