Lee Wasson died Monday at 12 o’clock of typhoid fever. He was playing ball last Friday a week ago when he was struck on the temple by a ball, which probably hastened his death. He was 18 year old with a very promising future before him. The funeral was held at the M. E. Church, conducted by A. C. Geyer. The remains were laid to rest in the new cemetery.
