Mrs. George Washburn died Saturday, the 14th, at the family residence after a long illness, aged 62 years. Funeral services were held at the Christian Church at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Elder Crim, of Crawfordsville, conducting the services, assisted by Rev. H. C. Weston. Interment was at New Richmond Cemetery. -s

Saturday evening about 9 o’clock at her home in New Richmond, occurred the death of Mrs. Louisa J. Washburn, wife of George W. Washburn. Mrs. Washburn had been sick for nearly a year and her death was not unexpected, although she had apparently been feeling better the past week.

The funeral occurred on Tuesday at ten o’clock at the Christian Church in New Richmond, conducted by Rev. Weston, of the New Richmond Methodist Church.

Mrs. Washburn was 62 years and eight months old, and leaves a husband and two children, Mrs. Charles Kirkpatrick and Wint Washburn. She was a member of the Christian Church and a splendid Christian mother, who will be sadly missed -s
