Funeral of Dr. Elihu P. Washburn was held this morning from the residence in Buffalo, Ind. Interment was made in Clarke Cemetery near Buffalo.

Dr. Elihu P. Washburn of Buffalo, Ind died at his home Saturday April 1st, aged 80 years. The deceased was for many years a resident of Kewanna, Ind, later moving to Buffalo. He is survived by the widow, four sons and two daughters, John of Kewanna; Bert of Bisbee, Ariz and Dale and Ira of Buffalo; Mrs. Belle White of Linden and Mrs. FC Cannon of Kewanna also by two brothers and one sister, John of near Royal Center; George W. of Logansport and Mrs. CA Bates of Shawnee, Okla; He was a veter of the Civil War belonging to Co H 46th Reg Ind Vol and member of the GAR and Masonic Lodge. The funeral will be held from the late home Tues a.m. instead of Mon 2 p.m. as previously announced. Interment will be made in the Clarke Cemetery near Buffalo.
