Veedersburg - Mrs. Emma L. Warrick, 64, wife of Russell Warrick, died at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at the family home in Veedersburg. She had been ill two months with a heart ailment. Born April 19, 1890, at Waynetown, Mrs. Warrick was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Steele. She married Russell Warrick April 15, 1909. She was a member of the Hillsboro Nazarene Church. Surviving are the husband; three sons, Harry and Charles, both of Indianapolis; and Robert of Veedersburg; a brother, Edward Steele of Wingate and 3 sisters: Mrs. Clara Cox of Valparaiso and Mrs. Jessie RIce and Mrs. Mae Sexton both of Crawfordsville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hillsboro Nazarene Church with burial at Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Rev. Dittmore of the Attica Nazarene Church will be officiating minister. The body will lie in state at the church one hour preceding the rites. Friends may call at the Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg until noon Thursday. -- kbz - thanks to Proctors :)

Mrs. Emma L. Warrick, 64 of Veedersburg died following a heart attack at her home at 4:30 a.m. Tuesday Aug 3, 1954.  Mrs. Warrick was born April 19, 1890, at Waynetown daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Steele.  On April 15, 1909 she was married to Russell Warrick and he survives.  Also surviving are three sons, Harry and Charles of Indianapolis, Robert of Veedersburg; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy McManomy of Hillsboro three sisters Mrs. Clara Cox of Valparaiso, Mrs. Jessie Rice of Waynetown and Mrs. Maude Sexton of Crawfordsville and a brother Edward Steele of Wingate. She was a member of the Hillsboro Nazarene Church.  Funeral services were held at the Nazarene Church in Hillsboro at 2 p.m. Thursday. Burial was in the Masonic Cemetery, Waynetown with the Fishero Funeral Home in charge.  -- kbz
