Mrs. Laura Ellen Warner, 93, a native of Ohio and resident of the state until 1948, died Monday afternoon in Culver Hospital after an illness of several months. She was a daughter of Henry and Susan Snyder and was born March 5, 1874 at Akron.  She married William Warner in 1889.  

Mrs. Warner was a member of Grace Reform Church at Akron. She moved to the home of a daughter in Crawfordsville 18 years ago.  Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Frank Shrimplin of this city and Mrs. David C. Bowlus and Mrs. James E. Pratt of Terre Haute; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.  Preceding Mrs. Warner in death were her husband and two sons.

Funeral services are announced for 2 pm. Wednesday at Hunt & Son Funeral Home, where friends may call from 6 to 9 pm. Tuesday. Rev. Howard F. Miller will officiate, with burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - kbz
