Elsie A. Gray Warner, 78 of 3872 Harrow Court, died early Thursday morning in the Veterans Hospital in Indianapolis. She had been ill since January. Mrs. Warner was born March 24, 1912 at Wingate, coming to Lafayette in 1967 from Rossville. She married Tod O. Warner in Lafayette on Dec 16, 1944 and he died Aug 17, 1970. She was a retired beautician. Mrs. Warner served with the Navy Waves during WWII. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Errol (Patricia) Brooks of Romney; a stepson, Ralph Warner of Modesto, Calif; a stepdaughter, Mrs. JB (Juanita) Reed of Orlando, Fla and sister, Mary Elizabeth Busenbark of Mesa, Ariz.
