Ward - Harry

A message received here by friends states that Harry Ward died at Clara Barton Hospital in Los Angeles, Cal last Thursday. No particulars were given. Mr. Ward was about 46 years of age and born and reared in Crawfordsville. While residing in this city he was engaged in business as a cigarmaker with the company of Ward & Hummell. He was married about 20 years ago to Miss Bertha Barry. Some years ago they moved to Los Angeles where they have since made their home. He is survived by his wife in Los Angeles, by his brother, Walter of Sherman, Cal by his brother Timothy of Chicago and by his aged mother, his father having preceded him in death only 5 weeks ago. Mr. Ward has a host of friends in this city who will be grieved to hear of his death. - transcribed by kbz
