Albert W. Warbritton, 68 years old, well known local businessman and former deputy assessor, died Thursday morning at Culver hospital where he had been a patient since No. 8. Death occurred at 2:40 a.m. and resulted from complications following an operation. Born Dec. 5, 1870 on a farm near New Market, Mr. Warbritton was the son of Samuel and Amelia Seaman Warbritton, pioneer residents of Montgomery county. He was united in marriage with Cora E. Spencer of New Market about forty years ago. Mr. Warbritton was a charter member of the New Market Christian church but for the past several years had been a member of the First Christian church of this city. In recent years he had engaged in the real estate business previously having been a stock buyer. Surviving are: the widow, three sons, Noel and Darrel Warbritton of Crawfordsville, and Kenneth Warbritton of Seymour, two daughters, Mrs. Esther Hamilton, and Miss Eleanor Warbritton of this city, a brother, John F. Warbritton, also of Crawfordsville, one sister, Mrs. James A. Brown of New Market, and a grandson. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at two o'clock at the Hunt and Reeves funeral home with Rev. Paul Million of the First Christian church in charge. Burial will be made at the Masonic Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home as the body will be kept there until after the service. - thanks Mary K
