Warbinton - Blanche Grissom

Mrs. Blanche Warbinton, wife of Fred M. Warbinton and popular young woman of Crawfordsville died at her home, 517 E. Jefferson Street shortly before 12 o'clock Tuesday morning. Mrs Warbinton seemed in her usual health early Tuesday morning. When Mr. Warbinton returned home at noon he found his wife's lifeless body lying on the bed. This highly respected woman was born Oct 22, 1890, at Ladoga, the daughter of Charles and Julia Grissom. Besides her husand, 3 sisters, Mrs. ethel Williams and Mrs. Charles VanDyne of Muncie and Mrs. William Tucker of Peru and two brothers, Frank and Byron Grissom survive. The brothers have made their home with the sister since the death of their parents. Mrs. Warbinton was a member of the Christian Church of this city and held membership in Eastern Star. She leaves besides her family a large circle of friends to mourn her sudden death. Mrs. Warbinton had been a resident of Crawfordsville since her marriage.
