A Las Vegas, New Mexico paper has the following about a former resident, Edgar WALLS who was a brother of the late Mrs. George GUY. He was of a very happy disposition and was always known as "Eddie." Edgar Walls passed away at a local hospital this morning, following a short illness. Mr. Walls suffered a paralytic stroke last Sunday from which he never rallied. The deceased was an uncle of Leon Guy of this city and has made his home in Las Vegas since 1907. Edgar Tell WALLS was born in Shelburn, Indiana Oct 10, 1873. He spent most of his early life in Indiana and later lived in St. Louis where he was employed by the Illinois Central RR and other lines for a number of years. After coming to Las Vegas he was employed by the AT & SF R'y Co. for some time. Of late years Mr. Walls has followed the painting and decorating trade. Funeral service will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2:30 from the Jensen Memorial Mortuary Rev. Homer F. Teglar, pastor of the 1st Presbyterian Church will officiate the service with interment taking place in Masonic Cemetery. -- typed by kbz
