Death of DeWitt Wallace -- W.D. Wallace died last evening at his home in Lafayette, having been in failing health for several months. He had been reelected judge of the superior court and realizing that his health was failing had prepared his resignation to take effect in March. He was well known in this city and was a graduate of the Old Waveland Academy. - kbz
