Walker - Daniel - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

Waynetown July 31 - Daniel Walker, 78 year old Waynetown resident died at 7:15 p.m. Saturday in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville. He had been ill two weeks. Born in Kentucky, May 31, 1871, he was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Walker.  He was married in 1894 to Jane Nichols at WHitesville and in 1914 to Donna Round at Harrisburg.  He was a retired Monon railroad brakeman. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Garland Brown of Waynetown, with whom he lived; two sons, ME Walker of Ohio; a half brother, Cleve Walker of Hillsboro; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Grenard & Servies Funeral Home here with Rev. Guy Tremaine in charge. Burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
