Mary F. Waldon, 57, of 1900 Delaware St., died Monday night in Culver Hospital. She had been in failing health for several months. Mrs. Waldon was a member of Milligan Memorial Presbyterian Church. She was a 1937 graduate of Crawfordsville High School. Born at Crawfordsville on Dec. 30, 1918, she was a daughter of Frank and Helen Cassidy Farrow. She married Homer G. Waldon Nov. 13, 1939. He survives. Surviving are her parents of Crawfordsville; a son, Virgil of Indianapolis; a daughter, Janet Darrow of Crawfordsville; three stepdaughters, Betty Thomas of Crawfordsville, Margaret McKinely of Knoxville and Etta Mae Thomas of Los Angeles, Calif.; three sisters, Louis Lockwood of Lafayette, Ilene Alexander of Shelby and Margaret Stangley of Clarks Hill; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home. The Rev. Stanley Hall will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday. - kbz
