Wade - Harrison Heaton "Tip"

Tip Wade who moved from this city to Lafayette 30 years ago died at his home in Lafayette according to information received here yesterday. Mr. Wade was well known in this city during the time he resided here as being a great temperance worker. He was also very active in music circles of Crawfordsville at that time. The deceased is the son of Isaac Wade who formerly operated a monument factory in this city. He was born and raised in this city where he lived until he moved to Lafayette. He is survived by three daughters and one son. The deceased is known in this city by many of the older residents.- kbz

Note: Tip is Harrison Heaton Wade born in Xenia, Ohio 20 April 1847 and died 25 December 1918 son of Isaac Ferris Wade and Aletha C. Heaton
