Dr. and Mrs. Arthur Kleiser and Mr. & Mrs. Albert Kleiser
attended the funeral of Samuel E. WATSON at Crawfordsville, Sat.
afternoon. Mr. Watson was b. at Cynthian, Ky March 25, 1827 but
was brought to IN by his parents when he was 2. They entered the
farm now owned by Robert Tapp north of Waveland. When he reached
his majority he engaged in business in Covington. After living
there a # of years, he removed to Crawfordsville. He died very
suddenly on Thurs afternoon while waiting on his porch for a car
to take him to the fair grounds. He was the father of Mrs.
Gilbert ELDRIDGE and an uncle of Arthur and Albert Kleiser. - transcribed by kbz
