Eugene WARREN died Sunday evening Dec 28 at about 6  o´clock at the Clinic Hospital, Blufton after an illness of  six months of a complication of diseases. Mr. Warren was born in  Eubans, KY the son of William Henry and Telethia Susan Warren Jan  26, 1893. He was united in marriage to Letha Allen Oct 26, 1922  to which union one son was born. He engaged in the grocery  business at Waveland for a number of years, first as a huckster  and then as the proprietor of the former Regal Store which he  called the Warren Store and for a few months was owner of a  grocery store in Marshall. He is survived by his widow and son,  Donald; 3 daughters, of a former marriage: Etta Aue, Hazel  Frobinius, Sybalene Kellerhalls of Indianapolis; one sister, Mrs.  CL Gooch of Eubanks and 3 brothers, Malcolm of Rockville; Dr.  Bradford of Marshall, Aros of Rapid City, N Dakota and four  granddaughters. The funeral was conducted on Tuesday afternoon  from the Methodist Church of which he was a member with Rev. Carl  Harbour officiating. Mrs. Lowell Spencer and Mrs. Wilmer Sharp  furnished the music. Pall bearers were: Paul Emmert; harry Moser;  Lee Foster; Gerald Robison; Herbert Miller and John Cheatham.  Burial in Waveland Presbyterian Cemetery. - transcribed by kbz
