Voorhees - Stephen

Delphi, Ind., May 10—A runaway team at Flora dashed into a carriage containing Philip Voorhees and his 2 year old grandchild Tuesday morning. Mr. Voorhees died soon after the accident and the child is fatally injured. He was one of the most prominent farmers in this county. -s
Note: I believe his grandson is Philip and he is Stephen Voorhees born 12 Sept 1819 - died 9 May 1893 age 73

I believe also that the grandson was a son (died less than one year old buried same place) son of daughter Angeline Stoops - speculation - sure thought that'd be easy to prove :(
