Mrs. George Viveth, colored, died at her home on Liberty Street, Monday evening of septaaemia. She leaves a husband but no children to mourn her loss. The funeral took place Wednesday.

Monday at 9:30 o’clock p.m. Mrs. George Viveth, colored, died at her home on Liberty Street, after but a short illness. The cause of her death was a complication of diseases. Mrs. Viveth was a young woman and very popular in colored circles. She was married to George Viveth, the colored barber, two years ago and they lived a happy wedded life up to the time of her sudden demise. The grief stricken husband has the sympathy of the entire community in his time of sorrow. The funeral arrangements will be made upon the arrival of Mrs. Viveth’s mother, Mrs. Long, of Lexington, Ky. -s
