Funeral services will be held Sunday morning at 11 0'clock for William A Vancleave, until a few months ago a resident of this city, and a brother of Henry D. Vancleave, local attorney, who died Thursday night at 9 o'clock at his home a half mile southwest of Putnamville. Mr. Vancleave, a prominent retired farmer, was stricken with acute indigestion on about 7 o'clock Thursday morning. The funeral will be held from Freedom Baptist church in charge of Rev. John Caldwell. Music will be furnished by the choir, led by William J. Miles of New Market. Interment will be at the Freedom Cemetery. Deceased was born about four miles north of Waveland sixty years ago. He was married twelve years ago to Elsie McGaughey. For many years he lived on Elm street in this city, purchasing the farm home near Putnamville a few months ago. Surviving are his widow and two children, Donald, age eight and Mae, age five months, and his brother Henry of this city. - kbz
