James Eldred Van Cleave 79, Indianapolis, died April 14, 2006. He was an accountant for Phillips Petroleum and supervisor for Stadler Packing Company, Columbus, IN. Mr. Van Cleave was a Army veteran of WWII and member of North Eastwood Christian Church. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wed. April 19, 2006 in Conkle Funeral Home Speedway Chapel, with calling there from Noon. Burial will be in Floral Park Cemetery. He was the widower of Margaret M. (Moran) Van Cleave. Survivors include daughter Nancy J. Burns; son Terry L. Van Cleave; brothers Robert and William Van Cleave; sister Beverly Breeden Doughty; dear friend Betty Hamilton; several nieces and nephews; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. - kbz
