Word reached this city of the death of William R. Vance of Monmouth, Ill. Mr. Vance's death comes as quite a shock to his many friends in Crawfordsville. From what can be learned the body will be brought to this city at once and will be taken to the home of his sisters at 409 west Market street, Mrs. Mary S. Brown and Miss Lucy Vance. Funeral arrangements will not be made until after arrival of the body here.
*** The funeral services for William R. Vance, who died in Monmouth, Ill., on Wednesday will be held at the home of his sisters Mrs. Mary S. Brown and Miss Lucy Vance, 404, west Market street, Saturday morning at 10 o'clock. Burial will be made at the Masonic cemetery. - thanks to Kim H
