Vance - James - 1891 "Tode"

James Vance, familiarly known as "Tode," died this afternoon at his home on Grant Ave. Mr. Vance was about 18 (48?) years of age and had been very sick with complications of diseases for some time previous to his death. He was a brother of Isaac Vance of the Auditor's office and has a sister residing in Illinois. - kbz
