Administrator’s Sale: Notice is hereby given that I will sell at public auction on Saturday the first day of March next at the residence of David Vance of Montgomery County, Indiana deceased all his personal property consisting of one sorrel mare, cattle, one top buggy. Corn in the Crib, wheat in the mill, the undivided one half of 12 acres and one third of 8 acres of wheat in the ground and household and kitchen furniture, etc. A credit of 9 months will be given on all sums over three dollars, the purchaser giving his note with approved surety waiving valuation and appraisement laws.
