Waynetown - Mrs. Carrie Utterback, 90, a life resident of the Waynetown community died Saturday at 7 a.m. at her home. The deceased was a member of the Waynetown Methodist Church, WSCS, Waynetown Grandmothers Club, and the former Flower Lovers Club. She attended the Green School in Wayne Township. She was born June 13, 1881, the daughter of William T, and Mary Fruits Keys. She married C.C. Utterback, December 21, 1898, in Waynetown. He preceded her in death June 1960. Surviving are three sons, Leslie and Charles of Anderson, and Daniel of Crawfordsville; three daughters, Mrs. Iona Ellingson of Lucan, Minn., Mrs. Gladys Cord, of Waynetown, and Mrs. Norma Jean Richardson, Whitehall, Mich.; a brother, Everett Keys of Camden; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were the husband, one son, and one daughter. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Servies-Thomas Funeral Home, in Waynetown. Rev. Kenneth Brook will officiate with Rev. Guy Tremaine assisting. Burial will be at the Potts Cemetery, north of Waynetown. Friends may call at the Servies-Thomas Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Tuesday. - kbz
