Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Cramer-Shoemaker Funeral Home at Waynetown with Rev. Alan Sparks officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the church or charity of the donor's choice.
Waynetown - Hubert B . Turner, 92 of Rt 1, Waynetown died at 2:35 p.m. Sunday in Culver Union Hospital. Mr. Turner was a retired farmer. He was born Nov 29, 1899 at Thompkinsville, Ky to William and Melvina Dickerson Turner. He married Pearl Craig Dec 28, 1924 at Moss, Tenn. She survives.
Also surviving are five sons: Dean of West Palm Beach, Fla. Lolas and Leon, both of Waynetown; Richard of Crawfordsville and Larry of Indianapolis; a daughter, Marilyn Boyer of Greenwood; two brothers, Paul of Carmago, Ill and Perry of Glasgow, KY; 15 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, four brothers, two sisters and two grandchildren.
