Tulley - Alford

Alford G Tulley, 68, father of Crawfordsville attorney Richard G. Tulley, died Sunday in Culver Hospital. Mr. Tulley was retired from the United States Postal Service at Indianapolis. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church. He was born at Muncie on Jan. 14, 1908. He was married to Margaret Farlander on Sept. 19, 1930, at Indianapolis. Surviving are his wife; another son, James A. of Big Timber, Mont.; a sister, Mrs. Rita Clark of Beech Grove; and five grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Chapel at Broad Ripple. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery at Crawfordsville. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Tuesday. The family requests memorials be made in the form of contributions to Wabash College. – jlr
