WAYNETOWN – Mary Julia Tucker, 95, of Chicago died Thursday. She was the mother of Thomas G. Tucker of Waynetown, who survives. She was born May 25, 1884. She was married to James M. Tucker, who preceded her in death. Other survivors are a son, James R. Tucker of Cicero, Ill.; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Engel of Bay City, Mich.; a brother, Ernest Lavender of Dallas, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter and three sisters. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, in Sax-Tiedemann Funeral Home, 9568 W. Belmont St., Franklin Park, Ill. – jlr
