Judge B. Fain Tucker, 71, the sister of Mrs. John Clements, 209 E. Jefferson St., died Saturday at Chicago. She was Cook Circuit Court judge. Surviving besides Mrs. Clements is a brother of North Carolina. Graveside rites will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Forest Hill Cemetery at Greencastle. – jlr
