Waynetown - Mrs. Geraldine P. Tompkins, 56, of North Hollywood, Calif and a Waynetown native, died Monday morning in Valley Presbyterian Hospital at Vannice of an apparent heart attack. Born Jan 20, 1923 she was a daughter of Vern E and Doris L. Chesterson Herron. She was married to Jack Tompkins who survives. Also surviving are two daughters, Sheila Baker of Eagle Point, Ore. and Jackie Hyde of Reseda, Calif; and four grandchldren. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday in Utter & McKinley Mortuary at Vannice. - typed by kbz
