Frankfort, Ind., Sept. 5—James Timmons is dead at his home in this city, the result of a peculiar accident. He was head sawyer at the Cleveland and Palmer handle factory, and while feeding a piece of timber to the saw, it was caught in some manner and the saw hurled it back, striking him in the abdomen. He died a few hours later. -s
