Gus T. TIMMONS, 94, of Darlington died at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday in his home. He had farmed in Boone and Montgomery counties. Member of Union Chapel United Brethern Church and Odd Fellows. Born May 30, 1881 at Mounds Valley, KS son of Joseph and Nancy M. Lovell Timmons. Married to Nellie Wert in 1908; she died Nov 20, 1947. Surviving 3 sons: Wilbur; Thomas L; James; Daughter Mrs. Evelyn Baldwin; sister Mrs. Pearl Gregg; 12 grandch; 19 greats and a great great. A twin brother, Jesse; brother William Edmond; sister Georgia and infant sister Ida and grandson Richard Baldwin are deceased. Services 1 p.m. Saturday in Burkhart Funeral Home, Darlington Rev. Edith bruner and Rev. AL Vermilion officiating. Burial in Spencer Cemetery, Sheridan. - kbz
