VEEDERSBURG — Mrs. Mary Louise Tibbett, 61, died at her home here Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. She had suffered a series of strokes for the past six years, but had been seriously ill only about three months. She was born in Leavenworth, Ind., Oct. 7, 1895, the daughter of Andrew and Rose Trobaugh Givens, She was twice-married, the first time to John Cable Feb. 16, 1912. Following Mr. Cable's death, she married Oscar Tibbett in 1918. Mrs. Tibbett was a member of the Veedersburg EUB Church. Surviving are the husband; two sons, Lewis Cable of Danville, Ill., and Earl Cable of Veedersburg; two daughters, Mrs. Gregory King of Veedersburg and Mrs. Edna May of Plymouth; two sisters, Mrs. Guy Shoaf and Mrs. Roy Wall, both of Veedersburg; and one brother, Russell Givens of Veedersburg. The body was taken to the Fishero Funeral Home in Veedersburg pending arrangements. --typed by Walt W
