Thompson - Sophia Everson

Sophia E. Everson, daughter of George and Rachel Everson, was born near Crawfordsville, Sept. 9, 1833, and all her life was spent in Montgomery county, Ind. When a small child she moved with her parents to a farm near Whitesville where she lived until her marriage to Aaron Thompson, March 9, 1853. Four children were born to them, two of whom are still living. They are James A. Thompson, and Mrs. Ben Himes, who together with the husband and father or one grandchild, Ethel E. Himes, mourn the death of a loved one. When quite young Mrs. Thompson united with the Newlight church, and was a faithful member until her death.
