Waynetown, Ind. (CNS) -- Mrs. Edna Marie Thompson, 53, of 409 School, Crawfordsville, a life resident of Montgomery County, died at 4:23 p.m. yesterday (May 16, 1966) at Culver Hospital in Crawfordsville. She had been a patient there 10 days following a two-year illness. Born March 25, 1913, in Montgomery County, she was the daughter of Mose and Sarah Rose Ann Mitchell Mullen. She was married Jan. 13, 1932, at Crawfordsville to Lawrence E. (Ted) Thompson, who survives. Mrs. Thompson had resided in Crawfordsville since 1933 and was a member of the Trinity Methodist Church. She received her education in Alamo schools. Other survivors include her mother; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Ann Krout of Crawfordsville; two sisters, Mrs. Vina Switzer of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Mary Kinneman of Russellville; and a brother, George Mullen of West Lafayette. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown. The Rev. John Servies will officiate. Burial will be in Freedom Cemetery, north of Waveland. The body is at the funeral home. Friends will be received after 4 p.m. today.
