Mace news item - Mrs. Cal Thompson died on the 16th (sic – 15). She had been sick for more than a year with a complication of diseases and when pneumonia set in it soon resulted in her death. The funeral occurred at the Christian Church conducted by Rev. Hedrick. A large concourse of friends followed the remains to the K of P Cemetery. - kbz
