Arley THOMPSON died at his home north of Browns Valley on Sunday. Death resulted from tuberculosis. Funeral services were held at Freedom Church on Wednesday afternoon. Burial in Freedom cemetery. He was the son of David and Nancy Thompson and was born near Ladoga Dec 13, 1873. He married Eva LAYNE, who survives him, Sept 12, 1890. There are four sons; Lloyd and LeRoy of Browns Valley; Leo of Alamo and Lawrence of Crawfordsville and two brothers, Leo Thompson of Crawfordsville and Harry of California. -- kbz
