Suannys J. Thomas 64 of Crawfordsville died at 6:20 a.m. Sunday in Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis. Mrs. Thomas was an account clerk at Raybestos Products for 30 years.
She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Wabash Club at Raybestos. She was a licensed ham operator and secretary for the Ann Beers Missionary Society at her church.
Mrs. Thomas was also a member of the Family Motor Coach Association and Apollo-Great Lakes Camping Club. She was a 1951 graduate of Crawfordsville HS and graduate of Indiana Business College.
She was born Aug 21, 1933 at Crawfordsville to Clarence E. and June Farrow Black Sr. She married Larry Thomas Dec 1, 1957 at Crawfordsville. He survives.
Also surviving are a brother, Clarence Black II of Reedsburg, Wisc and a sister, Anthelene Evans of Crawfordsville. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Powers-Priebe Funeral Home with Rev. James Ranard officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
