Thomas - Margaret Kite

NUMBER THIRTEEN -Mrs. Margaret Thomas, died April 13th, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Asa Thomas in Brazil in the 78th year of her age. She was buried on Sunday at the Pleasant Hill cemetery. She was the wife of the late Dr. John M. Thomas, once the leading physician in this part of the country. She came to this county with her husband at an early day and was well aquainted with pioneer life. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Christian church and was a devoted Christian woman. She had lived with her daughter at Brazil for a few months, and was a great sufferer the last few weeks of her life. - kbz
