Judge A.D. Thomas this morning received a telegram announcing the death of his brother, Horace D. Thomas, of WIlliamsport. Mr. Thomas died very suddenly of heart disease and his relatives will go down tonight to attend the funeral. Mr. Thomas had many friends in this city who will be pained to hear of his death. He was a studnet in Wabash College from 1848-1851, a favorite with all who knew him and in whom all the engaging qualities of mind and heart were seldom surpassed. His loss to his family and friends is irreperable and an unspeakable sorrow - kbz

H.D. It is supposed that he died from heart trouble, he having been in apparently unusually good health for some time. The attending physician thought he had been dead some 3/4 of an hour when found.
