Mr. and Mrs. Milt Heslar, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Kelso and George Jack attended the funeral of little Doris Thomas at Mt. Moriah Saturday.
Doris L. Thomas, second child of James Edward and Susie E. Thomas was born Nov 19 1901 and departed this life May 4, 1905, aged 3 years 5 months 15 days. Little Doris was a kind, affectionate and loving child. She was exceedingly bright and endured her suffering with scarcely a murmur. We will miss her sweet little talk, bright face and loving smile, but have submitted ourselves to the Lord and say it is well. Funeral and burial at Mt. Moriah Saturday. The floral offerings were many and beautiful. - kbz
