Mrs. Rachel E. Terry, 92, died Saturday night in Bowles Convalescent Home here. A native of Putnam County, she was a daughter of Joseph and Mahala Obenchain Pickel. She was born May 5, 1875. She married Frank Terry in Crawfordsville in 1914. They lived in Montgomery County since their marriage. He preceded her in death many years ago. Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Flossie Elliott of Crawfordsville, and nine nieces and nephews. A sister and three brothers of Mrs. Terry are deceased. Funeral services are announced for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bright Funeral Home, where friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday. Rev. Esmond Elliott will officiate, and burial will be in Masonic Cemetery. – jlr
