Terry - Alvira "Olive"

Alvira Virginia Terry, was born in Montgomery county Virginia, Feb. ?, 1838, died March 29, 1905 at the home of her brother, Josephus Terry in Putnam county, Ind. She was 66 years of age. Her last illness began about a year ago and she suffered at times, intensely. At an early age she united with the Methodist church in Virginia. She retained her membership there and has always been a consistent christian and a lover of her church. She was always ready to do a kind act and speak a kind word and her constant aim was to do good for those about her. Her life was one of service for others. Ther funeral service will be conducted at the Methodist church today at 11 o' clock by H. C. Weston, and interment will be made in Ladoga cemetery.
