Tilghman H. Taylor, son of Rueben Taylor, of Lafayette, died suddenly in that city on Tuesday the 14th. His remains were interred in Oak Hill Cemetery the next day. Tilghman was about 31 years of age and was an only son. He death has caused great grief in the family to whom we tender our condolence in this their sad affliction. - kbz

Tilman H. Taylor, son of Reuben Taylor of Lafayette died at the “Bramble” House on Tuesday night of this week from heart disease. His remains will arrive in this city on the morning train tomorrow (Friday) and be immediately conveyed to the Methodist Church for funeral services. The old friends of the bereaved family are invited to be present. - kbz
