Rockville, Indiana - Mrs. Nellie B. Taylor, 85 of Marshall Rt 1, died at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec 25, 1974 at the Ben Hur Nursing Home in Crawfordsville. Born in Parke County, Feb 4, 1889 she was the daughter of Samuel and Sarah Young Staggs. She was married to Grant Taylor who died in February 1956. Survivors include two brothers, Edgar Staggs of Marshall and James T. Staggs of Kingman Rt 2; a sister Miss Grace Staggs of Marion and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the Rockville Baptist Church, Yeddo Chapter 313 Order of Eastern Star and Royal Neighbors Lodge. She also was preceded in death by a brother. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Butler Funeral Home - kbz
